In Moot we have been exploring the use of Christian Meditation as a centring activity – to bring spirituality and peace into our lives, in the business of trying to live in the modern world. And boy is it busy! I have been encouraged here with the Wilderness Community at Denver’s Episcopal Cathedral, who have a weekly meditation night on a wednesday, drawing on the meditation technique developed by a Monk called John Maine and the World Christian Meditation Centre.
